Booking and reservations made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation. CarePlus Holidays reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion.

5.      Cancellation and Refund Policy:

​

The cancellation and refund policy for bookings made through the Website will be specified in the booking confirmation. Users are encouraged to review and understand the policy before making a reservation. Refund will be done subject to the particular hotel’s cancellation policy. Generally, it takes about 15 days for the hotel to refund the payment we made for your booking. Incase, there is a delay from the hotel in refunding our payment, the same delay will also affect our ability to refund you as per the duration mentioned above. However, as soon as we receive the refund, we will initiate your refund with 24hrs. The service charge and GST paid on the service charge for availing our services will not be refunded.

6.      Pricing Policy:

​

Our prices are specially contracted / negotiated prices with the hotel and my vary at the time of your finalizing the booking. Care Plus Holidays is not liable for change of prices at the time of booking.

Our rates for five star hotels start at Rs. 10,000 per night.

7.      Shipping Policy:

​

Once a booking is confirmed the guest will be made aware via email and phone immediately. This is not a physical item as it is a booking reference for a hotel room or stay generally.

8.      Third-Party Links:

​

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. CarePlus Holidays is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any linked websites and does not endorse or make any representations about them. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

9.      Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CarePlus Holidays makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information on the Website.
